Our client's managers struggled to provide proper feedback, employees found it difficult to access general information, new hires were unsure of how to excel in their roles, and there was a pervasive fear of asking direct questions for fear of looking inept

Our Process
First we divided the program into quarterly deliverables to ensure thorough testing, implementation, review, and revision
Next we conducted a detailed inventory of the current communication and feedback systems in place as well as existing technology, including hardware and software, to identify starting points and integration opportunities
We then developed a comprehensive feedback training program for managers, integrating it with existing HR systems and providing interactive modules through Kailearn
Afterwards we aggregated all of our clients essential information into a centralized knowledge base within Kailearn, making it easy for employees to find general information and company resources
Finally we designed an enhanced onboarding process, including a step-by-step guide and interactive training for new employees, accessible through Kailearn
Outcome
